Update on the trumped up criminal case in Butte Co. after Dec. 12, 2024 hearing date: Randy Mitchell’s court case was settled. The judge granted him a 2-year probated sentence with 200 hours of community service.

  • Randy Mitchell, owner of Upper Cut Social Club, originally Upper Cut Barber Shop refused to shut down his livelihood and his employee’s during the plandemic. He is being sued by the State Attorney General for Injunctive Relief in the amount over $130,000 to cover their own costs to investigate him.
