From large commercial farming operations to back yard gardens, we have been blessed with a region that easily grows food. We should never have to fear food scarcity when we live with an abundance all around us. Why should we settle for poor quality or prices we don’t agree with when it comes to feeding out families?
Being part of a Farm to Fork network means that we get to bring the relationship back into where we shop and find our food. We get to buy from people who we know and trust, and who are willing to serve their customers with integrity. Sourcing food locally also means that the political climate cannot stand in the way of our way of life. You get to have the power to be in charge of what you feed your families. You also get to be in charge of what food you grow and who you sell it to.
