Cancelled - Upper Cut Court Case Protest -Auburn

  • Placer County Court House 101 Maple Street Auburn, CA, 95603 United States (map)

The PROTEST has been CANCELLED for Thursday, Sept. 7th

Thank you for all being ready to stand for Randy Mitchell, Uppercut Social Club and all Freedom Patriots. We will post the next steps soon. Attached is the Tentative Ruling for Thursday.

The State is still after Randy Mitchell who owns the Uppercut Social Club. There is a hearing on Thursday, September 7th @ 8:30am at the historic Auburn Courthouse. All the counties that he has barber shops located in, the District Attorneys have dropped all charges. Now the State is trying to make him an example by going after him. We need as many people as possible at 8:00 am to show up with protest signs, prayer and in unity.

Many of you already know Randy Mitchell, or know of his plight. Randy is a barber who, standing upon his God-given and constitutionally-protected rights, refused to be ordered to shut down his barber shops. Though threatened, arrested, jailed, persecuted, harassed, surveilled, stalked, and annoyed, Randy remains resolute and unbreakable. However, he cannot sustain his righteous stand indefinitely, at least not alone. That’s where you come in.

These business owners have a common belief, making a living is a right and not a privilege under the Constitution. However, the government has usurped those rights by using occupational licenses and permits to control and get money from business owners. It amounts to extortion.” excerpt of article by Lou Binninger. Read full article here. & read Fleeing Gavin’s Plantation.
